Question 1

What is Maxinterface?

Accepted Answer

Maxinterface is a collection of designer-made LinkedIn banner and profile picture templates. You pick a theme, add your details, and download a matching banner and profile picture as high-resolution PNGs.

Question 2

How do I make a LinkedIn banner that matches my profile picture?

Accepted Answer

With Maxinterface, your LinkedIn banner and profile picture come from the same theme, so the colors, type and style match automatically. Choose a theme, click Generate, sign in with LinkedIn, add your name and title, and download both images.

Question 3

What size is a LinkedIn banner?

Accepted Answer

LinkedIn recommends a banner of 1584 × 396 pixels. Maxinterface exports banners at about twice that size, so they stay sharp on high-resolution screens.

Question 4

What size is a LinkedIn profile picture?

Accepted Answer

LinkedIn recommends a profile picture of at least 400 × 400 pixels. Maxinterface exports profile pictures at 800 × 800 pixels, so they stay crisp wherever LinkedIn shows them.

Question 5

Do I need design skills or design software?

Accepted Answer

No. Every Maxinterface theme is already designed and everything runs in your browser, so you don't need Figma, Photoshop or Canva. You just fill in your details.

Question 6

How much does a Maxinterface theme cost?

Accepted Answer

Maxinterface is in closed beta, and themes are currently free for beta users. Access is added to your Maxinterface account, so it's there whenever you sign in.

Question 7

Can I update my LinkedIn banner later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your themes are saved to your Maxinterface account: sign in again with LinkedIn, open your theme, change your title, company or logo, and download a fresh banner and profile picture.

Question 8

Are my photos and logos uploaded to a server?

Accepted Answer

No. Images you add in the Maxinterface generator are processed in your browser and never leave your device. The final PNGs are created locally too.

Question 9

Can I get a custom LinkedIn banner design?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use Contact in the menu at the top of the page to ask about a custom LinkedIn banner design, or to report a problem.
